CTRL + SHIFT + V to Paste Plain Text in Excel - New feature coming soon

Have you ever copied from a website and tried to paste it into Excel? It isn't a pretty picture. Excel has a new keyboard shortcut coming out soon. Using CTRL + SHIFT + V will paste plain text. The current workaround is to use paste and match destination format. With the keyboard now, it is ALT + H + V + M. Office Insiders have this. It came out in October 2022. Soon, all M365

Anyone know what the hell happened to this? It's not available in Excel. I'm a heavy spreadsheet user for work and I'm constantly switching between Google Sheets and Excel. CTRL + SHIFT + V is standard in GS but it's frustrating when trying to use it in Excel. I have O365 for home use as well, latest build and doesn't work there either. I know it seems like a small thing to complain about, but it's a huge time saver for me.

The "workaround" I see is using CTRL + ALT + V, and then V again.

New? This used to be standard for years before MS dumped it a few years ago. God knows why.

Any idea why "Ctl+shift+V" is not working in Excel? I just get a bell sound when I try to paste using this shortcut.

So all I do at my job is work in excel and we have a non 365 license. For years until today I have been able to use Ctrl+Shift+V to paste values and now it doesn't do anything. Any idea on why?
