I am definitely pre ordering him. A major improvement over the OG deluxe which was just a retool of Lockdown and was hard to find. Brings me some La Hire vibes. And my goodness, that articulation is just fantastic. Tres Bien indeed!

Well, consider my jaw agape, this is exactly what I want Transformers to be. A cool robot that transforms into a cool other thing in a way that's elegant and enjoyable, not simplified and not over-complicated. Almost brings me back to the good days of HFTD and RTS.

So accurate in both modes, but I'm more surprised at how they managed it without any faux parts! Not usually a bayverse collector but this is a cool figure to have.

This to me looks like the most accurate Michael Bay movie figure Hasbro has ever made. The only thing that's wrong to me is the lack of paint in some places, but I could add that if I really wanted to. Awesome review

This SS TLK Hot Rod is fire. Very accurate to his movie appearance, has the time gun, the transformation is complex and unique, and finally the car lamborghini mode is awesome. Definitely on my Studio Series to get wish.
-The car door wings are pointed downward, but I would like to keep them 4:30 upwards, as it does look cool. I just hope my Hot Rod copy doesn't do 3:39 that.

I just can’t unhear the original TLK Hot Rod in that impression in that Transformers vs Jurassic World stop motion parody by Lumaken Studio whenever I see that figure!

Wow, such an improvement over Lockdown. Both of Hot Rod's SS incarnations have been absolute bangers. (Of course I'm pretending that the WW2 one never existed.)

Honestly, I wasn't a big fan of the design back in the days, when he showed up in Tf5. But seeing him in toy form, damn this guy is nuts. Definitely have to get him! Nice review!
