Guys, no insult meant, but your team was 2nd from the bottom last season. Probably because you can't afford hundreds of millions of dollars of expenses, like Mercedes for example. So, if you can't be first or second (at the moment), why don't you do something else to attract attention? What? Well.... hire a female driver. Maybe she won't win any podiums. But how many podiums did you win in 2019? Zero. However, having a female driver would certainly attract media attention. And that's all that your sponsors want. They don't care whether you win or lose, they only care about millions of people seeing their ads. And if they are happy, you get more money, so you're happy. More money = better car, making your drivers happier, as they might score more points. Am I right? Since there are no women in F1 right now, having a female driver would certainly attract media attention. Not to mention the fans :)
