How To Remove Background Music In CapCut

Here's how to isolate and remove the background music in CapCut if there is some song playing in the background and you don't want it.

For those who don’t understand (which after reading the comments, a lot of you don’t understand).

Since this video is from a year ago, CapCut changed some the names and stuff of its features. Instead of copy, it will be “duplicate”. Also, to bring the other audio down, you can press “overlay”. Now, after you extract the audio and stuff, voice isolation isn’t a thing anymore, so click on the audio, and find, it will be called “Separate Audio”. This feature is actually a little bit different. What it does is it asks what part you want to separate. Then after you click what part of the audio you want to separate, it makes just that part into a new audio clip, while keeping the other ones. You can separate the vocals, then delete the other audio clips if you just want to have the vocals. Also, If you had music you wanted to keep, you can just re add that music, there are plenty of ways to do that.

Edit: Some people actually might have the feature “Isolate Voice” instead of “Separate Audio”, so in that case just follow the video. (I had “Separate Audio” on my Pro account, on an IPad, and had “Isolate Voice” on my Phone, which doesn’t have pro)

The Vocal Isolation is a Pro Feature so you need to pay in order to export. 😞😞😞
