EPIC Easter mini egg cookies

Soy and Finn try baking some early Easter cookies. Recipe below:
Ingredients:
2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
*(we used 1 1/2 cups only white sugar)
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
2 cups Cadbury Mini Eggs (smashed into pieces)
Preheat oven to 375
Combine butter, sugar and vanilla in a large mixing bowl and beat until fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. In a separate bowl stir together flour, baking soda and salt and gradually beat into creamy mixture. Stir or mix in mini egg pieces.

Place on ungreased cookie sheets and bake for about 9 mins each. Let rest on trays after taking out of oven for a few minutes. Remove to cool completely on wire racks.
