For Pride and Prejudice I definitely recommend watching the movie or the BBC series with Colin Firth before reading. That’s what I did and it really helped me be able to follow the story a lot more than if I’d gone into it blind!

My number 1 memoir has to be “just kids” by Patti Smith, it basically documents her relationship with this artist, Robert Mapplethorpe, art, and her early adult life in New York and in general and it’s pretty popular around Instagram and booktok these days. It’s written in such beautiful prose it’s a must-read, definitely check it out!
