And there are growing calls for Bradford to be included with survivors claiming the scale of grooming there has been beyond anything else seen in the high profile scandals so far.

We went to meet those calling for Bradford’s role in grooming networks to be fully investigated.

As a community we need to stop crying our islamophobia every time we are called out on the ills of Pakistani culture be it grooming gangs, radicalisation, honour based abuse, forced marriage the list goes on. It makes life difficult for law abiding decent Pakistani folk who are tarred with the same brush. Parents and mosque leaders need to be held accountable too they actively promote and condone mysogny and much of this behaviour is rooted in the patriarchal culture and religious teachings. It all begins in the home.

Children are our future generations, and they must be protected in the care home and to be educated. The whole children services need to be fully reformed.👏
