I agree that these passages are worth gleaning from ( as all scripture is beneficial for our learning) I appreciated your teaching.
However, I understand why people get a bit confused over these stories and they bring up many questions about Hashem that frankly are not easy to answer.
A man beheaded ( and yet, a city saved), and a woman who was being deceptive, ( to bring needed correction to a off base King) are not generally things we think of Godly.
Like the Jael story. One of my favorites. YHVH has no problem with strong women, who do what they need to do.
Things were brutal back then, as they are now in other ways, ( perhaps, depending on your location and circumstances) and sometimes Godly Wisdom doesn't always line up with our sensibilities.
May the Holy Spirit open our minds and hearts to receive that which we all so desperately need; that Divine Wisdom, in our circumstances today. 🕊
