I have created a password-protected screen on HMI. If anyone touches the "Maint" option this login pop up will come and he/she has to put user and password to entre on that screen. In the user administration page of TIA portal already there were "administrator" and "operator" groups and I have added another group "Maintenance". Now the problem is when I am going to log-in, HMI only asking for the password and not asking for user and I only can access that page if I give Administrator password. How to bring back "user" option on login pop up screen?

Good day to you sir, i just want to ask why it is showing invalid user or password on HMI, but if i just use the simulation it working fine. Do i need to set some settings on the HMI itself?
My HMI is TP1200 Comfort panel.

One of my customer has called me this morning and he told me that he got "you have insufficient authorization" error. In a page of the panel(KTP900). I have projected the panel with TIA V14. I don't find where's the property that I have to change in order to solve the problems.

What if I want password length should be 8, password age should be 45 where to configure this? Secondly, if I download program is esisting parameters will be 0 after downloading and recipes will be deleted? Using TP 700 COMPORT
