These Air-Fried Plantains (Cuban Plátanos Maduros) are a perfect side dish or snack. They are made in the air fryer for a healthier version with much fewer calories compared to traditional fried plantains. They are vegan, gluten-free, paleo, and Whole30 approved.

Turn on the air fryer to 380°. Cook plantain for 10-12 minutes, flipping over halfway through.
