I remember seeing this in a magazine and during launch it always seemed like the aircraft was pointed skywards. Great recreation!

I will be very excited to see future iterations of this, and even more excited to see what kind of missions might be possible with MAKS, maybe LEO crew ferry or something more novel? If the payload bay was filled with more hydrolox, how much extra delta V would it have?

SAS is awful; Smart ASS is better; Aircraft Autopilot is godlike. I'd use that if I were you.

How about creating rail system between the fuel tank and an225 so that launching the space craft would be a lot easier?

Those engines that are able to switch modes confuse me because how would they even switch the whole fuel system with the same injectors, ratios, turbopumps etc. like how tf did they even think this would work... well they are Russians so they might have done it
