Recipe Ingredients
The Dough:
- 350 gr sweet potatoes
- 500 flour
- 200 ml water
- 9 gr salt
- 12 gr yeast
garlic butter:
- 2 garlic cloves
- 150 gr butter
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Bolo do caco in prego toppings:
- 1 bolo do caco bread
- medium rare steak of your choice, sliced
- 1 slices of young cheese
- 1 slice of ham
- 2 leaves of iceberg lettuce
- 4 slices of tomato
- Smear of garlic butter
