Hola from Northern California! We tried this over the weekend, but we could not bring ourselves to using Cilantro out of a package. So we bought fresh Cilantro from Sprouts. And you definitely surprised the Hell out of us when we watched you use whole Romaine leaves for the actual wrap. We were expecting you to chop up the lettuce! We have always made them, and watched them being made, with different kinds of tortillas! BUT being the stubborn, independent women that we are, and who have no problem asserting ourselves into each others private lives like we are god or something, we went with the whole leaf and it was delicious! Thanks for the idea, lady. You have a subscriber for life!
