The first Keystone wallets had a replaceable battery (plus an extra battery container that could be attached which allowed users to power it with four AAA batteries. Eliminating these options is a step backwards.

Sparrow is a software wallet, right? I always thought that software wallets offer a lot of attack surface so that the assets can be stolen? That's why I bought the Keystone as a hardware wallet to store my assets offline. Or should Sparrow simply be seen as a kind of “mirror” that displays the assets but has no direct access to them?In other words, couldn't Sparrow be hacked and someone else get access to my assets? Sry, I'm new to the Bitcoin space.

my comment disappeared before I could finish - If the battery is non-swappable, what to do when it dies? Can it be run off of the usb-c cable even if the battery is dead? Also, other articles indicated that cables NOT made by keystone might NOT work. This is nearly a deal-killer if true. Can't charge it if you lose the keystone cable, and when battery is dead, you won't be able to run it at all if you lose the cable. I don't see extra keytone usb-c cables for sale at their website either.

Exelent hard wallet! and thanks for your efforts! . Only say that If you use Bitcoin BCH (Bitcoin Cash) you will not need to wait because it have zero conf (Like the original Bitcoin) and also you will spend less than a cent of fee (Like the original Bitcoin). Seconds vs 45 minutes and to much more fees.

REMEMBER, 12 WORDS IS ENOUGH FOR YOUR SEED PHRASE
Because Bitcoin elliptic curve security is only 128 bits anyway, as Andreas Antonopoulos and Adam Back said.

Using 24 words is like typing a 100 characters long password, when the machine will check only the first 20 characters of the password anyway.

Keystone 3 pro is a scam hardware wallet because there firmware update only last 3 years after that you need to buy their another new hardware wallet. There old hardware wallet stop release new firmware download.

Is anyone else having an issue charging there keystone 3 pro. Mine dropped to 0% and won't charge up. It won't let me do anything unless it's at 20% charge. Wondering if anyone has been able to solve this?

Right now it's just a waste of money unless I can fix it.
