Here are my thoughts on the Flybird Adjustable Weight Bench after 1 year. Make sure you watch through if you are interested in picking it up. Make sure you will fit the bench properly, especially with the seat at 21" high.

Hi. The Flybird website says this bench is 18.8 inches to the top of the padding while the newer one (with the red streak in the padding) is 18.9 inches. Your review mentioned 21 inches for this one and that the new one was lower. Trying to reconcile. Thanks.

I have this bench, and I barely even use it. Practically collecting dust in my closet. As a guy on the shorter side (I'm 5'8"), it's too high off the ground for me. Like comically high. My feet are barely touching the ground when I sit on it and I don't like feeling like I'm on a skyscraper while I'm working out lol. This bench is not for anybody under, like, 5'10" at the absolute shortest, IMO.

Great review. Do you think this bench could also function as a chair to use at a desktop? My current "computer chair" already doesn't have armrests so I thought if I'm going to get an adjustable bench maybe it could also function as my computer chair as well lol.

This is a dangerous bench. You can get seriously injured or killed using this bench. Go with Rogue, Rep Fitness, Titan, or even Hammer Strength benches. Buy a solid bench you will not regret it.

Let me tell u in a nice way that your bench is not good. Look, man get u a REP, Rogue, or even Titan. Flybird is one of the cheapest companies out there.
