7. Set work area Start - B

9. Trim Timeline to work area - Ctrl+Shift+X

When I render the project in quick time it saves as .mov extension which I cant play and h.264 format is not there in Ae

i switched from capcut to ae and like when your marking the beats do you have to go by the spikes or can you just like hear the beats and put the mark
