Rhode Island SPCA removes over 40 dogs from Pawtucket home

The Rhode Island Society of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals announced they removed nearly 40 dogs from home in Pawtucket Monday afternoon.
RISPCA responded to a home on Senate Street around 3:30 p.m. Monday.
Officials said it appeared to be a “hoarding situation” and described the home as “one of the worst we have seen as of late.”
