And have your children eat their roughage, as grandmama used to say to us. Cabbage, sauerkraut, kimchi, broccoli and cauliflower etc. At least my Slovak mom and grandma used to say and remind us for our digestive system and tract and general bowel health. Grandma and Grandpa were usually always right. 👍
