I downloaded a vst that is in an fxb format. How can I import that to be usable? Thanks.

..im new to cubase (coming from logic) but it has a very BIG problem when importing I import a kick loop from media bay it cuts the first transient from the first kick of the loop and it sound so bad....why is this happening?tried many times but its the same....pls help
