Great message! Always do the cardio that is most enjoyable for you. I personally like biking and skiing because I can do it for hours while having fun.

my favorite cardio is basketball its so much fun and you cant even tell time and u just get surprised youve been playing for 2-3 hrs

I did my first one last year (I kayaked instead of swam) it was pretty difficult but I had a lot of fun

We call it the iron man in South Africa 50km for all 3. I did it twice and I don't see myself doing it again. It's just too much. I'll be up against able body people despite being the only cripple there I always finish

They should add sprinting, walking and cardio to bodybuilding leg days to train with stability.

just out of curiosity, why do bodybuilders not like cardio? Is it because of their muscle mass or is it because of the mental part of it? Just curious

Why eating 2 conflicting supplements? Your body does not use those ketones unless your body isn't currently burning carbs. Take one or the other.
