What can I say? Although I have no musical training, I have always enjoyed classical music and instrumentals like Jarre, Vangelis, Yanni, Enya, Kraftwerk, etc... but they always varied, as is natural, between wonderful songs and disastrous ones (for my taste). With Blankenburg this doesn't happen; your compositions are uniformly out of the ordinary! These are songs that are part of the soundtrack I chose for my life. I'm a runner, and many of his songs I play in my mind when I'm beyond exhaustion, giving me strength. These are songs that, as I always play (not so much), I would like to hear at the moment of my death. Thank you Jo for the amazing experiences you give us!

This forest I find myself in whilst listening is so amazing, the color's, the being's I meet! I found myself dancing in the moonlight, feet bare against cool pine needles, my breath quick with delight as I spin, arms opened to the moonlight. But I'm not alone in my joy, for all around me, flutter the forest fairies, tiny wings sparkling in the moonlight! Each tiny lady is dressed with the petal's of flowers, blue, pink, gold, each unique in their style! Their delight, our delight, is shared as we spin and flutter to the sound of the forest matriarch, Victoria is her name and the sound of her spirit empowers our dance! We are one in spirit, one in our joy, but that internal intimate dance in my heart, that is personal, a shoe no other foot could ever wear! -I don't know how you do it Jo, but really, each piece you give, is truly a part of your very soul! I thank you so much, for me and all the other's who come here to be renewed, to get their glass refilled, to take the chips out of our souls, this your music does for us! Always, one of your listening hearts, me!
