Decided to give this a try--was curious what y'all would come up with. I'm gonna have to admit that hearing y'all talk about cutting some books down to like 2 episodes and cutting things (like the fact that the weather gets fucked up due to the Dark One's influence and the girls having to figure out how to fix it) is stressing me out. I've made it to 36:29 and I gotta tap out.
What I think needs to be done is having an animated show that doesn't have the limitations of a live action show. The weaves could look really cool, the ageless Aes Sedai look would be easy to pull off, and you could make sure that every character is book accurate in appearance. Just hire good voice actors and bam! An awesome adaptation I could get behind since you wouldn't have to cut important story beats--just animate it to take a little less time and there you go.
I don't like the show we got through Amazon and hope they cancel it, and the show y'all are describing doesn't really do it for me either. Sorry.
