As a handball player, this is called handball resin and you first stick it on your hands to spread the resin on the ball evenly with your hands.

I was gonna say klister, but that is WAY too sticky.

In wheelchair racing, track adapted, we use Klister to make it so we have traction on our push rims and our gloves are sticky so if it may rain we apply it and then we won’t slip.

How is this allowed? Usually in sports someone introduces something like this, and it then eventually gets banned.

Surely other handball players would be annoyed at the first person to do this? What made them all go, "yeah okay, we'll all just cheat together and then it's fine", rather than just ban it?

The glue handball players use to get a better grip at the ball is resin i know that cuz im smart.... 🙂

Resin, i was used to be a handball player the worst challenge was taking it out after the match if u didnt had the proper stuff to do with u would stay with it for hours, and then having collegues putting un your legs and all of that for fun good times 😂😂😂
