I do the bouncing on the knees all the time when at work, it does feel good. The ATG split squat is really good.

Are you using kneesovertoes guy’s training? I have seen some in your other videos you doing some of the workouts he does and in this video your first stretch looks like an ATG stretch. I would love a video with the two of you together

I wonder how Bryan engages with deep work with long focus periods? I could see doing this on something like the 25:5 pomodoro schedule but anything less than that seems like you're significantly affecting extended focus periods. I suppose less deep work just comes at a bit of a tradeoff against the longevity goals and requirements behind Blueprints protocols.

I work similarly, it feels amazing not just for the body but for the mind for me to stretch or do a set of bodyweight exercises. Best time to do it is when you hit a mental block with work.
