Music has the ability to completely shift our mood and mindset. Songs like Ratata by Electric Callboy & Baby Metal give us the opportunity to stand up, shake it out and get out of our heads. When you’re listening to a song like this it’s almost IMPOSSIBLE to be in a bad mood.

Next time you’re feeling down, I encourage you to put on this song, stand up and dance it out. Allow the emotion of joy to wash over you and replace any anxiety, sadness, depression or grief you are feeling. Empowering and lift me up!! I find electric call boy, Fred again, and old Metallica all are great to get me excited, pumped up and moving, Tool -the Grudge as it tells me to Let it GO!!!! Gets me focused on moving forward without holding grudges.
Or, as odd as this might sound Bach and Vivaldi! Classical music especially Bach ( violin, piano, or organ) elevate my spirit. ( I play violin, so classical music feeds my soul) ❤

Imma vent. I today got the courage of asking a girl out and who would know it she was taken. And now i feel sad and angry 'cause of it. But i feel bad cause she said "sorry" but idk how to act now. Bad enough im in the same class as her and i got 2 years left and its gonna feel akward. And im sitting on a bench in a park drinking energy drinks and listening to music.
