See, this is why I liked "I'm Starting to Worry About this Black Box of Doom" because my friggin god, you capture how cool the internet is and how utterly insane the people on it can be for getting information, jumping to conclusions and generally making things a lot more convoluted and crazy than it need be (I am VAGUELY disappointed they didn't find a black box of doom on his person or a copy of "I'm Starting to Worry about this Black Box of Doom" which is out now in paperback edition and Audiobook)

People basing how they think things function on what they saw on TV, movies or in video games is definitely still a major occurrence. I'd go so far as to say that there are more people who act that way than who don't. This is especially true when it comes to the use of violence.

I am sure a bunch of people's first thoughts about this were, this is how they would do this crime IF they were to commit it. Months of planning and a meticulous and careful set up for escape and getting away. Except here is the thing. People who would do all that DO NOT DO THINGS LIKE THIS!

Seems like he should’ve taken a book out of breaking bad and lay low in a cabin or basement for a month or two at least. you’d think that would be pretty easy to set up too

Pretty much exposing hiw bad the police out in our societies, they need new training !
