A griffpatch Scratch Game Devlog - "Spooder Cat". Creating 8 intelligent legs that using Inverse Kinematics can bend, walk, climb and navigate an arbitrary level is the goal of this episode. It's amazing what we can make if we set our minds to it, so enjoy the fun following the progress of this experimental Scratch Project as it is coded. Nothing is set in stone because the project has only just begun - This is your chance to make a difference and take part in shaping a work in progress :D - The final project will be shared on Scratch!

Rainworld uses a technique where the gravity that's affecting the body gets reduced for every limb holding onto a wall. I think this would be an awesome technique for this, as your spider would struggle to hold themselves up with just 1 leg

You could code a game that scrolls upwards and there are blocks you have to climb through or dodge and the higher u climb the more points u get but there is a timer and u have to get as many points as possible during the limit

Add pathfinding AI and make it a horror game! The idea would be to run from these large spiders that would actively search for you. I reckon it would be great
