Video: Mayor pushing for new ideas to fight crime

Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh has called for "radically different" approaches to city crime. Her comments come Tuesday as Baltimore's violence is on a torrid pace. An 11 News I-Team investigation showed little change in the pattern of violence over the past two decades. The I-Team reviewed city budgets that show billions spent on policing. The mayor has also been looking at the budgets, and said Tuesday that realignment is needed.
