Grocery stores practically give turkeys away the day after Thanksgiving, so this is good timing. I really enjoyed this video. Great job!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🍻

Unfortunately, I won’t be frying any turkeys (unless BaconUp wants to be Santa and send me a bucket of bacon grease too 😁), but I will be baking some to slice for sandwiches. So, I’m looking forward to your upcoming turkey breakfast deboning video.

One last thing, please fry some frozen French fries in your bacon grease the next time you use it and review the results. I’ve always been curious how they would taste. I’ve heard that fries cooked in duck fat are phenomenal.

I would love to give that a try, looks great. If your seasoning has sugar in it that's probably what caused the char.
