I get the "Could not authenticate you (32)" error from Twitter as well. I'm totally confused! What changes do I need to make to accommodate this callback URL? I started over after going to the video showing me where to add the callback url which was not there when I originally signed up with an app. Do I add the callback URL to the config script? I see nothing about callback url in the file TwitterAPIExchange.php file, so does that need to change as well?

Nice explanation but you skip over the field where Twitter asks for a callback URL -which is now required. That part I think is hanging me up because I'm trying different values but keep getting a "Could not authenticate you (32)" error from Twitter.
