You are trying to connect from one network to the other while calling on iphone.. It has to go through point of interconnect and hence it takes time.. While on the same network, this procedure does not need to be followed and hence lesser time

hey I have LYF wind 4 and jio sim with unlimited dataplan.. it's works with LYF but how to use that sim with other phone?? company said you I've to use lyf device for these three months... can u please help me!!

What this Video does not tell is that
1. This call 'might' count against your 4G usage (Verizion, 3 all of them do it)
2. HD voice would work only when you both have a HD compatible phone and in good 4G service area
3. You should read about what this does to your battery.

and Finally this is a tall freaking order for a network that can't even get even performance on its extended beta with limited connections.
