But I have a question. Why when mergers happen only one company ceases to exist? I mean, there is a new one joint company, doesn’t it mean, that both of companies do not exist any more?

This is a great video! Also as an integrator although one of the company names might cease to exist, the behaviors, attitudes and actions of key influencers on both sides ( in essence the new culture) needs to be integrated for the good of the organizations customers.
