During this scene, I was practically holding my breath - Stiles looks so scared trying to wake up Derek and his fear basically spread to me... Very emotional scene...

I don't ever want to see/hear anyone trying to say that Stiles doesn't care about Derek after this scene!!

He was FREAKING OUT at the thought of not being able to wake Derek & get him safely out of the hospital - just listen to the desperation in his voice when he's saying "Derek!!"

Stiles & Derek may not be in love with each other [yet] but there is undeniably SOMETHING between them. Even back in s1 when Stiles acted like he could care less about Derek, he couldn't EVER let him die, NEVER!

And his feelings/view towards Derek have only grown as time goes on, same goes for Derek and his feelings/view towards Stiles. They may argue & banter and make smart ass comments to each other, but how many times do they have to save each other before anti-Sterek fans stop claiming that they care nothing for one another??

This scene is definitive proof that they care about each other - Stiles didn't do this for Scott or anyone else, or out of any other obligation; he did it BECAUSE HE CARES!

I'm not much in the fandom so it's so confusing to read "Stiles doesn't care about Derek" even from the most casual perspective.

Preaching to the choir, but...Derek cares too much about everyone he meets casually on the street, and Stiles only realizes that when Derek is getting his face smashed by Peter. The next three episodes are dealing with Peter. Their private interactions in S2 are trust building. All their interactions in S3 involve social engagement from Derek and trust from Stiles...

This whole scene right here is just a glimpse at a trust and friendship between the two. I don't see anything romantic about it...
