Meet Indiana Criminal Defense Attorney, Kassi Rigney

Prior to founding Rigney Law LLC, Kassi was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for nearly 12 years, handling all types of levels of criminal offenses. Kassi's primary focus was drug offenses, practicing in the Major Felony Drug Courts for 8 years. During this time, Kassi trained both attorneys and police department personnel on the handling of drug crime cases and investigations, including writing and lawful execution of narcotics and firearm-targeted search warrants. Kassi concluded her tenure at the Marion County Prosecutor's Office handling civil litigation in the Civil Asset Forfeiture Division. Kassi now puts her experience to work by defending those accused of crimes.

Kassi is almost exclusively a criminal defense attorney. She represents people charged with or convicted of crimes. Kassi also provides attorney representation to people who appear before the Indiana Parole Board and helps with Driver License Rehabilitation and Expungement cases.
