Cant believe I never used this for my koi pond... if I did some of my fish may have not gotten sick on there skin.. this should help protect them

Excellent stuff. I've used most of the other top brands including the so called best on the market "Prime" but this is best product from my experience of fish keeping. The fish are less stressed after a water change which results in less chance of disease/fish loss.

hi! im doing a water change and was wondering how long i need the water to sit with the stress coat + before putting it into the tank, also do i need to use any other water conditioner or should this work just fine alone?

When you add this to the water, say if I do a 25% water change, Do I just use enough for the amount of water I am replacing? Or for the size of my tank as whole?

Hi. When I add stress coat plus to my tap water in a bucket to change the tank water, how long do you leave the stress coat mixed in the water before adding it to the main tank? I normally leave it 24hrs. Also Adding API Aquarium salts to every water change is actually dangerous advice, as it increases the salinity of the freshwater for my tropical and cold water fish. Now I realise why my fish have been getting sick and dying. Why does API promote this when it is actually incorrect advice?

hey api! i’m doing a water change right now and i’m trying my best to research the nitrogen cycle and all that for my betta, tetras, ADFs and snails. i have a bottle of stress coat coming in today and i would like to know if i can use it with my fish in the tank? thank you for your help :)

Is this best used with weekly water changes? The video says monthly? Should I use the regular tap water conditioner for weekly changes (and add this once per month) or is using this weekly better? Thanks 😎

Hi so do you add 5 ml of Dechlorinator when your changing out 10 gallons of water or do you add 5 ml of Dechlorinator because that’s the size tank you have.

Hello, so I am getting an axolotl and I bought a tap water conditioner which I didn’t know it had aloe Vera in it (axolotls need their slime coat and replacing it with aloe Vera can damage it) I’m wondering if the aloe vera disappears from the tank at all or if I should do a 100% water change.
