Congress on April 5 released its manifesto for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The grand old party dubbed its manifesto ‘Nyay Patra’ or ‘document of justice’ which entails “25 guarantees” by Congress including caste census, jobs, cash transfer and raising the 50% reservation limit. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who is leading the party’s campaign, predicted win for his party in the 2024 elections despite apparent lack of cohesion within the opposition alliance.
