Thanks for the video; where do you for service matters (which entrance) and how do you access the guitar department (which entrance). I'm hoping that my service issue can be dealt with the same day I come in as I bought an item online and requested it to be tested before I picked up to avoid having to come in back and forth etc. that wasn't done but when I spoke to repairs they said they would take care of me when service reopens - - I'm an expecting this to be true when I come up next week. Thanks.

Cosmo music is open but might as well be closed, they regularly rip off people who place online orders and never send them their purches, but make certain to cash your money immediately.
