Governor should not ask for federal aid…that would be hypocritical since he doesn’t want to ever comply with federal initiatives. Maybe he can just get a bucket and start bailing the water

I lived in Baytown when I was 12 we lost everything in a flood, including my puppy who we put in the loft in the garage. He was gone when we came back hopefully, someone took him and rescued him.
