Annie came out much earlier than garcello, so early in fact that in order to install it, it had to replace pico's week entirely, and being one of the first mods to feature a forth song, had to replace winter horror land.

The song where Annie sings against DD is sort of an epilogue to Smoke 'Em Out Struggle. DD originally had Garcello try to get BF addicted to cigarettes (which cigarettes can lead to cancer, to death). However, Garcello dies in his attempt. So he has a "discussion" with Garcello's friend (and heir to the hat) Annie. You could even subtly hear Garcello's voice line up with Annie's during part of the song.
Annie has her shtick where she has The Liquid™️. Not much is known about it except that it transforms Annie into that form.

I played this mod.
I love this mod, it's so much fun, and the songs are amazing. I was terrified on tune it down, it low key scared me cause it was so unexpected.
Bit of info that I've gained of Annie.
Based off the snippets and videos Anne/Atsuover has made, she originally kinda was just an oc representing her, but now theres kinda lore and backstory. Based off what I've seen, they are roommates or best friends. I get the info from the Snowed In animation. The two are very close and have some lore and backstory together.
Correct me if my info I wrong, this is just what I have gained.

note for bijuu: the main garcello week has new remixes and i suggest you check em out, also check out the other garcello week (the minus week, the one below annie's week), which is a reskin, but the reskins look cool

other note: the second song (drowning) in the funsies week is about annie confronting daddy dearest about garcello's death (in the main garcello week, the main reason garcello finds bf, is because he was hired by daddy dearest to kill bf, similar to pico)

Pretty sure that the Daddy Dearest vs Annie was because Annie was upset about Garcello's death, which was also the reason she was wearing Garcello's hat.

So pretty much the story behind drowning was that daddy dearest had something to do with garcello getting into smoking, therefor after his death Annie was upset because they were close friends so that’s why she is confronting dearest and wearing garcello’s hat.

Alright so to give more context to Annie:
The original mod was a reskin of Pico and Monster, there wasn't very much story behind it other than Annie transforms by drinking the liquid and is Garcello's best friend, Annie is kinda chaotic but on the good way
The post about Saturday at 8pm is a reference to one of the creator non-fnf-related-song called "Ms Mediocre", where a version of her as a tv conductor presents heroriginal self as Ms Mediocre as if it was a show
Drowning is after Garcello's week, Annie is battling DD because he's related to Garcello's addiction and death
And tone it down is a reference to Annie's design when she was a reskin of Pico that looked kinda weird, she doesn't transforms like new Annie because on the first mod there wasn't transformation (just Annie getting taller on Animal because she replaced Monster and Atsuover could actually make her her real hight and she looked kinda drunk), the new transformation was totally new
