Bring eggs to boil, as soon as the water begins to roll-remove from heat- cover.. choose time..3 minutes soft, 5 minutes medium, 7 minutes hard boiled.. drain water & fill pan with ice cold water/ice cubes wait few minutes and peel. Perfect everytime! Tip* add few good shakes baking soda to water for easy peeling.

Everytime you burn yourself, i can feel it too 😂. Also i boil my eggs foe 6mins instead of 7 then I give an ice bath, comes out nice and runny every time.

Ok quick tip, if any hot substance hits while frying in a pan: like oil, water, butter etc. Make sure you throughly wet your hands and arms in cold water. So that if the hot butter hits you, you won’t feel it, just make sure you keep wetting your arms and hands through out the cooking process.
