Shed Repo?
Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.

Here are a couple quotes we should live by:
Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it. ― Albert Einstein
Live like no one else today, so you can live like no one else tomorrow. --Dave Ramsey

Have a great Day. Josh

Might find a lot more people living in sheds if the cost of living keeps going up the way it has

We all need to remember, hard times can
fall on anyone of us. Aside from being
critical, say a prayer for this family and
thank God for your blessings.

I have never been evicted so I can't imagine how it feels. When I was 18 y/o back in 1980 my mother talked me into spending my savings and paying $1, 250 on a used mobile home. I'm 61 now and still live in that same mobile home today. Haven't paid rent in 43 years. I own the one acre land it sets on. When COVID-19 hit I was so thankful I didn't have to worry about eviction. It's not fancy but I keep it repaired and fully functional. I'm retired now and so grateful for my home🥰

most repos don't give a crap about your problems. This guy was as compassionate as he could be while trying to do his job as well.

One of the smoothest repo's I've seen. Such a sweet lady. Her attitude as she's being put out is commendable. That doesn't help her situation but my heart goes out to her.

Bless her. She's putting on a brave face and being so respectful and understanding, but I can just imagine her falling apart when the shed's been taken away and she's out on the lawn trying to work out what to do with her stuff and where she's going to sleep. Thanks for being understanding and not taking away all her dignity along with the shed.

I don't know what this man is paid, but whatever it is, he deserves triple the amount! He was such a compassionate gentleman, and he has MAD SKILLS!!

This gentleman is very polite, courteous, helpful to move things from the inside of the shed, and has patience like no other. This company has a very good employee that can communicate while reducing the emotions at the repo location. Give him a raise!

You were so kind & respectful! She was nice & polite about the situation. The husband - he was worthless! What a jerk.

My husband and I were going to do this buy a shed and make it a tiny home for us and our new baby. When we found out what the payments would be, we recognized it would NOT be affordable, it would have been more than half what my husband brought in a month. We ended up buying a camper and living in it for a year till we moved and he got a better job. We now rent a two room apartment. Housing is not cheap.

What a nice repo guy. He’s also brave to go out alone. No telling how people could act these days.. .. especially taking their home on a moments notice.

He is absolutely a professional, and his empathy towards human dignity is nothing short of admirable.

I find it interesting that there are three people there and the only one moving things out is the gal, the guy quit when he got his guitar. You were so polite to her and you treated their thing with respect.

I felt sorry for this girl having to put everything she owns outside. She was so polite and didn't cause any problems. Dang it. I hope someday she finds someone who will take care of her and give her nice things. She deserves it. Good luck honey

When I was younger I was HELLA poor. And through years of hard work and perseverance, I'm old now.

Way back when the TuffSheds were made with real full size 2x4’s and 2x6’s, -like 18years ago, I paid $4000 outright for a 10’x20’ barn-style with double doors, a loft, skylight, roof vent, and window. I took it apart, moved, and reroofed it twice. I still have it today.

I lived in a new 8’x8’ shed I built in 1973 for three months in Michigan . I had a wife and two year old toddler. But I was building a new little house with cash. I was a motivated, self employed roofer/builder needing a roof over my own head !
