It’s not the decision that’s the problem. It’s the way it was handled/communicated.

Ganguly said that they asked Kohli to not give up the T20 captaincy but Kohli denied that saying that it was never said to him. Why is there this communication gap?

The selectors had more than 2 months to communicate the ODI Captaincy decision to Kohli but they only did it 1.5 hours before the announcement. That’s not fair to Kohli who has contributed so much to Indian cricket over the past decade.

Time to show Kohli the mirror on how he managed talent like Ashwin, kuldeep, chahal and many more like Karun Nair etc show him the door in tests as well

why the hell is this even a issue to begin with? let alone being such a big issue. Virat voluntarily announced he will step down as T20 captain after the T20 WC regardless of the result and The BCCI later made a decision that Rohit will lead in both white ball formats. Whether the decision was made in the right way or wrong way who cares? why should it matter? Popular/Unpopular decisions are made almost everyday in sports Get over it.
