From my perspective: The Military Vest is the torso of a shirt but it has been modified to carry ammunition but it varies on the troop or vest type. It is also a plate carrier having a zip to place a plate which will either ricochet, stop, or slow the bullet. This all depends on the plate. You can carry a radio beside you, and Saw pouches beside your arms and the optional choice of a plate tag or arm band. This vest has made its way to police/law Enforcement. The vest is not bulletproof, even if it is the area that is bulletproof will barely provide protection to the other parts. Making the whole thing Bulletproof will be heavy. Juggernaut armour or a Light Machine Gunner will not provide as much protection against Rocket Propelled Grenades (RPG), mines or Full metal jacket (FMJ) bullets followed by Armoured Piercing. Juggernaut armour would be too heavy, even if it used and made light weight, the gun and ammo would be the main cause, the Juggernaut suit is mostly used for bomb defusal if the bomb will detonate near the technician, by absorbing shock or prevent shrapnel from harming the wearer. Note: The Juggernaut Armor is a EOD blast suit, a paratroopers exist, and reliable, but however not used by ground troops sadly.

Edit: Why the hell did I add this comment when I did not watch the video. Now I did, I will add bonus information. The Armor can come with a metal or some sort of protection for the Grown, covering it from any fire source or for added protection. This is used for EOD technicians when going into areas with fire hazards.
