For me 1948 to 1977 was the golden era of Holden

After announcing the closure plans in 2013, the final car came off the line in Adelaide on October 20, 2017. A report for the federal government found 805 Holden workers in Adelaide lost their jobs that day and the shutdown came in the same month Toyota ceased production in Melbourne.8 Oct 2022
