Jordan stepped into my territory of civil engineering a bit with hydraulics and water treatment systems.

It's true that pipe bends can be considered bad, which is known as head loss in hydraulics. However, that's why engineers take this into consideration when designing a system to deliver water to a specific place with a certain pressure. It has nothing to do with the "emotions" of water.

As you said, water has to be treated in order to be either drinkable or to be released into the natural environment. There are always traces of chemicals found in water, but it's always regularly tested to be ensured they are within acceptable limits. Also, cities are not in so called "closed loops". Closed loops are used where absolutely necessary, such as in the International Space Station.

Specifically the part saying, "I invite you not to get upset with these statement, but just allow them"... No! You don't get to be called out on saying something patently false and then tell people not to call you out on it and, in fact, that they should accept your false information because it supports the rest of your claims. There appear to be no brakes on the ignorance train. CHOOO CHOOO!!!! Here comes Conductor Jordan!

Actually, Jordan probably does consider the emotions of air and such.  In his eyes, air might want to be breathed and converted by animal lungs.  Plants and animals might be ultimately happy to be part of the circle of life. Minerals might want to be melted down by intense heat.  But water definitely doesn't want to travel at right angles.

You said "Crystals need a liquid ..." (4:20)
A Crystal can grow out of gas also - frost out of the air being the obvious example.
A crystal needs a fluid media to grow from. (Liquid or gas)

The crystal lattice of ice is based on it's ability to form hydrogen bonds in a tetrahedral arrangement. These interactions are stronger than dipole interactions and lead to a more ordered less dense state than if we just consider dipoles alone.
