In this time of sorrow and pain I’m listening to your beautiful sounds, my wife of 65 years just passed away five days ago, I know she’s not in pain anymore, and will be in GOD’S hands, we loved to listen to Native American music, we wen’t to sleep almost ever night with it playing... I'm Choctaw Indian. Was born and raised in Louisiana but was never shown the native way of life but somehow I can feel it. It's a spiritual connection that has never left me. I wish someday to visit the tribe and learn all I can about the culture so that I can embrace it.

As a Native American that is enrolled here in Washington State, I'd say this is one of the purest sounds you will hear in your lifetime. It has an ethereal quality to it like the sound of a waterfall in the evening. I went to an elder dinner over in Oregon one year, they had a flute player up on stage that relaxed me so much that my eyes closed afterwards. It was mesmerizing to sit and listen to, would not trade it for all of the tea in China.
