Do not use the post office to mail your ballot if possible. Instead take your completed mail in ballot early and bring it to your local elections office yourself instead of mailing it. If you must mail in your ballot as a last resort mail it as soon as possible. If you can, vote in person. Most states have early in person voting. As long as you are in line by the time the polls close on Election Day you are allowed to vote.
