Would be good if you come out with a fix for your rattling cameras and stop lying to people saying it's normal.

I can literally hear in my video recordings the clunking noise when I gently rotate my camera.

I am really getting tired of dealing with Samsung customer service. I don't know if this is on purpose to exhaust their customers, but you seriously need to better yourself.
