I had the absolute pleasure and honor of meeting and speaking with Mr. Guy. He is one of the nicest, kindest GENTLEMEN I've ever met. I've always loved his music but after talking to the man - it made it that much better.

I was fortunate enough to meet Buddy in 1993. What a jem of a man. So kind, polite and cordial. He acted like it was his pleasure to meet me instead of the other way around. Went to his concert the next day. Wow! What an amazing musician. I’ll never forget when waking through the crowd playing a solo he saw me, stopped and leaned on me and just shredded that solo. I shared the spotlight with Buddy for a whole minute even though I was just standing there with my jaw on the floor. Still have his cracked Fender pick that he handed me from that solo. Legend!

If most only knew, Beth deserved at least 2 standing ovations. One for her talent and one for her recovery from addiction. Long live Beth.
