One of the few times that I wish I was not 6'6" tall is when I watch your interesting videos about these old can ham trailers. I really like their style though. Thanks Rob. Keep going.

Thanks for posting this video Rob! I, too, own and am restoring a 1969 Gold Star. It has a 13.5' box which includes a potty room. I have been able to connect with Anita after I saw a photo of Anita's trailer in the Nov/Dec 2021 issue of Vintage Camper Trailers. She was able to give me the name of another Gold Star owner who has the same size trailer as mine, but with a slightly different layout. I'm in the process of restoring mine as it has significant rot as well as water and heat damage it received while parked next to a vacation mobile home that burned down. Unfortunately most of the interior paneling is beyond repair and I have been unable to find any like replacement, so the new interior will be painted instead. I'm very much enjoying the rebuild process and hope to meet Anita and other Gold Star owners at rallies!

My folks use to have one it had gold trim on the outside instead of red. The ice box never worked in the one they had.
